About the Role
Excellent opportunity in the greater Cleveland area for an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Manager at an independent agency that has recently grown. The role involves joining a dynamic team within the Property and Casualty division.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business daily
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners and clients
- Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction
