Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers through various communication channels

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in tools like GSuite, Slack, and Confluence
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk software or similar customer service platforms
