Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to customers through various communication channelsTake ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution with empathy and responsivenessCommunicate effectively with users of varying technical levels, simplifying complex jargonManage customer escalations and prioritize tasks efficientlyEmpower users by facilitating self-service through the knowledge baseQualifications
