As we are expanding, we are seeking a motivated Field Manager to join us in taking Ready Roofer to the next level.

Position Overview :

The Field Manager will assist in managing residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish while being onsite.

This role will coordinate all aspects of projects including materials, subcontractor crews, timelines and will communicate with the Project Manager accordingly. The Field Manager will also provide assistance with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively inspect and manage all work on the project.
• Communicate any issues to the Project Manager or Sales Manager.
• Oversee roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor job progress daily to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure jobsites are clean and all debris is properly disposed of at the end of project.
• Generate leads by various strategies including door knocking.
• Will assist Project Manager in setting appointments with clients.
