Position Overview

As a Commercial Lines Service Manager, you are the leader, providing guidance and support to every single team member on your team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, organizing, staffing, and operating activities of the commercial lines division. This position requires someone with a genuine care for people who enjoys developing others and does it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

Required Qualifications

• Texas Property & Casualty General Lines Agent License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting, marketing, account management, or similar agency experience
• Management / Leadership experience
