Role : Site Reliability Engineer
Location : Phoenix, AZ (hybrid 3 days / week onsite)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to alerts and resolve customer / system issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application problems.
- Implement preventive maintenance and enhance platform resilience.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and maintain service quality.
- Manage incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive service improvements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience as an Application Support or Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in ITSM, production support, JSON, Java, JavaScript, Unix Shell Script.
- Proficiency in observability monitoring tools like Splunk, ELF, Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with security, authentication, or cyber security concepts.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and using automation tools (Ansible, Python, Java).
- 3+ years of experience with system automation and AI operations.
