What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a driven content specialist to produce, test, and generate demand generation content. You will collaborate with marketers to inform content strategy and ensure information accuracy. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing multiple projects, have a can-do attitude, and are eager to gain expertise in digital marketing.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Develop and manage a content roadmap and global calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
• Produce engaging content across various formats (website, ads, video, email, social media, etc.), experimenting with new formats to reach our target audience
• Ensure steady content delivery across the funnel to engage target audiences effectively
• Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance personalisation, and scale marketing efforts
• Assess content performance metrics for continuous optimisation and data-driven decisions
• Oversee the full content life cycle : ideate, write, edit, and publish engaging content
• Align content with brand voice and guidelines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets audience needs and supports strategic aims
• Monitor and analyse content performance, using data to refine future content strategies
• Embrace feedback constructively for professional growth
• Manage the content calendar and blog
• Edit, proofread, and improve content
• Stay updated on content trends and best practices
