As a category manager lead for data in our Supplier Data and Systems Management department, you'll analyze market and consumer data to guide key decision-making processes to the business's success. In this role, you'll assess data-driven risks to support all business units, ensuring our strategies are cohesive and aligned with our goals. You'll negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing, working closely with our Legal team and various business units to develop innovative supplier strategies. Additionally, you'll lead complex projects, persuade others to embrace new directions and ideas, and make a tangible impact across the entire organization.
Remote work allowed with occasional travel to Cleveland, OH, for team meetings (estimated 4-6 times a year).
Must-have qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
Preferred skills :
Experience with supplier and contract management (ideally direct category management experience)Experience in negotiating contracts, statement of work, and service level agreementsExperience in influencing leadership decisions, strong prioritization skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and strong collaboration and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently with minimal direction, analyze data, draw insights, and effectively communicate findings through storytelling.Advanced computer and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office, with demonstrated skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphingCompensation :
$87,200 - $116,300 / year
