Sr. Supply Chain Planner
We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to lead the development of tactical and strategic supply plans, manage inventory levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand. This role is critical to achieving customer service, supply chain efficiency, and financial objectives.
Generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs (e.g., out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventory)
Develop short-term supply plans and assist with long-term planning to balance demand forecasts with cost and capacity constraints
Optimize product flow through the supply chain
Manage inventory to maximize turns and meet service level targets
Serve as a liaison between demand forecasting and supply chain partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Use planning system tools to create tactical inventory and supply solutions
Participate in cross-functional project teams, providing updates and driving timely completion
3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Proficiency in :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Ability to work with ambiguity
Strong supplier relationship management experience
Collaborative and supportive environment
Mid-sized team with frequent cross-functional interaction
Highly interactive role with visibility across departments
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
