About the Role

As Product Manager - Tax AI Products, you will define and drive the vision for Crowe's AI-powered products serving the tax domain. You'll partner with tax subject matter experts and AI engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll serve as the connective tissue between business and technical teams-aligning client needs, product strategy, and technical capabilities to create innovative, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-driven tax products and features.
• Partner with tax domain experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and software developers to translate product requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate alignment across business and technical teams through clear communication and shared goals.
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption and integration of AI products across Crowe's tax practice.
• Develop and refine user personas to ensure deep understanding of customer and practitioner needs.
• Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to keep Crowe's Tax AI solutions at the forefront of innovation.
• Articulate the product vision and roadmap to executive leadership, partners, and clients.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106,500.00 - $267,500.00 per year.
