Senior Credit Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Credit Services Specialist Sr to support Consumer Credit Cards in Card Loss Mitigation functions.

Key Responsibilities

Complete complex transactional processing while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines

Analyze and resolve escalated issues, and identify functional improvements

Communicate with 1st and 3rd Party Collections agencies regarding account inquiries

Required Qualifications

2 years of Financial Services experience, with a preferred 2 years in Collections / Recovery in a credit card environment

Knowledge of TSYS or other Card Processing Platforms

Strong decision-making skills and accuracy

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
