Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly technical Head of Programmatic Media & Audience Targeting to own and scale our programmatic marketing efforts. You’ll lead our investment across DSPs and leverage CMP / DMP platforms to build precise audiences of homeowners looking to sell.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role for someone with deep experience building successful programmatic campaigns using 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party data. You will have end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization—without needing to manage a large team.

If you’ve built profitable paid media funnels at scale and thrive in a lean, performance-obsessed startup environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Execution

• Own the strategy, setup, and scaling of programmatic media buying across platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and other DSPs.
• Build and manage targeting strategies using CMPs / DMPs (e.g., LiveRamp, Lotame, Segment) to find homeowners ready to sell.
• Develop and iterate high-performing funnel structures and campaigns optimized for lead volume and ROI.
