About The Position

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred

License : Active Physical Therapist License (State specific as required)

Certifications : BLS (required)

Must-Have : Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and patient care standards

Description :

Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life.

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.

Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

Ensure all therapy practices comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Promote patient safety and adherence to treatment protocols.

Provide compassionate care while fostering patient motivation and independence.

Participate in team meetings, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives.
