Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both plaintiff and defense work, with a strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in representing clients in their claims and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on their rights and options in workers' compensation cases
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Stay updated on workers' compensation laws and industry trends
