Job Title : 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Hours : Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm

Pay : $19 / hr

Location : Lincolnton, NC

ProStaffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality centrifugal fans and blowers to add a Machine Operator to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of fan and blower components.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate machinery, including but not limited to presses, stamping machines, and CNC equipment, in accordance with safety guidelines and production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct visual inspections of finished products to identify defects or imperfections and take corrective action as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating various types of machinery, such as presses, stamping machines, or CNC equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
