Job descriptionPick, pack, and label outgoing orders with accuracy. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight). Complete and verify all shipping documentation. Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues. Plan shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts. Partner with sales, purchasing, and production teams to align on material and order needs. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Optimize storage layouts for efficiency. Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.), if certified. High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus). 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience. Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory software, shipping platforms, and barcode systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes. Current forklift certification a plus.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team and help keep our production and shipping running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that inventory is accurate, materials are organized, and customer orders are shipped on time. This position is responsible for managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track material usage and alert when restocking is needed.
