A company is looking for a People Data Analyst to analyze and interpret people and talent acquisition data to support business strategy and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze people data to identify trends and inform business strategy
Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
Collaborate with HR and other business units to provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data and HR metrics
Understanding of data compliance and regulatory requirements related to data collection
