Overview

We are seeking a VP of Global Services to lead our services organization which consistently and substantially contributes to Hyland's success. This position executes supporting plans aligned with corporate strategic initiatives including : leveraging our existing customer base extending our indirect channel expanding our suite of solutions delivering exceptional customer care building our international presence and acquisition activity. The VP Global Services will attract develop and retain professional services staff.

What you will be doing

Develop a leadership team that is capable of determining organizational requirements, recruiting and growing talent, and providing value-proven deployment and consulting services that provide a competitive advantage to the company.

  • Provide strategic vision regarding the nature, scope, and operating procedures necessary to succeed as a global content services organization. Endeavor to remain nimble, responsive and competent to the demands of our customers worldwide.
  • Create effective training programs. Recruit, educate and groom diverse talent that allows the organization to identify and respond to changing business requirements.
  • Generate revenue consistent with responsible utilization rates, value supported labor rates, and multiple demands for time and talent of assigned staff.
  • Support overall success of the company. Develop services offerings that support customer success and win their loyalty and continued business.
  • Work effectively with other corporate leaders. Develop coordinated initiatives to take advantage of business opportunities for software sales, services engagement and enhanced customer support relationships.
  • Develop effective management practices that assess organizational performance, provide feedback with respect to individual and collective performance, and which identify opportunities to grow the business.

What will make you successful

  • Experience with modern, enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience managing a global professional services P&L of $100M or higher, including growing the P&L to double in size
  • Experience creating and developing global or off-shore hubs, including ramp-up experience
  • Demonstrated capability in achieving >
  • 35% margin while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Experience leading services and solution delivery teams across multiple verticals including healthcare, financial services, and insurance
  • Global project management or resource management leadership experience
  • Experience in transforming professional services models from one-time to recurring
  • Extensive success in both business and leadership development within the software solution or consulting industries
  • Track record growing organizations, in terms of revenue, profitability, and technical / domain expertise
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor the skills in a management team
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements : base salary range of $238,000-$247,000 and eligible for benefits
