A company is looking for an Electives and World Language Program Leader. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage program mentors, ensuring engagement and accountability Oversee program administration, including hiring, registration, and team motivation Monitor and optimize curriculum changes, ensuring alignment with standards and timely updates Required Qualifications Must be licensed in their area of expertise, if required Experience in the curriculum and at least one year of mentoring in their program area Must teach at least one live section in the designated program Ability to inspire confidence and support team members while holding them accountable Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive approach to feedback
