About the Company

We’re supporting a large-scale public sector modernization initiative focused on transforming a legacy financial and tax infrastructure system into a modern, integrated platform. The project is entering its initial requirements and planning phase, and we’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping its success.

About the Role

You’ll collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and department leaders to define, document, and validate business requirements for a major enterprise system replacement. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and support RFP preparation.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for modernization and efficiency.
• Support validation, testing, and implementation planning for new technology solutions.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical business users.
