The Role
We're looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our team. This role blends business intelligence, operations, and technical problem-solving. You'll help us build and maintain reporting, but you'll also dig into operational workflows, member support cases, and client onboarding / offboarding processes.
You'll work closely with Client Success, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to ensure our data and systems run smoothly, and you'll have the autonomy to take on varied projects that improve how we deliver value to clients and members.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven startup, loves finding patterns in messy data and resolutions to tough problems, and wants to influence both product and client strategy.
This is a full-time, contract role with the potential to transition into a regular employee position based on performance and business needs.
