Kelly is hiring an Analyst - IT Application Support for a 12-month Contract role with one of our prestigious clients based out in Newark, DE 19711 (Onsite).

Job Title : Analyst - IT Application Support

Location : Newark, DE 19711 ( Onsite)

Employment Type : 12-month contract

Shift : 8 am – 5 pm

Pay range : $25-35 / hr

Qualifications : Responsibilities :

• Minimum 3 years' experience Desktop support
• Familiar with Service Now app, Know how create, update and resolve tickets
• Knowledge of Intune and used for at least 3 years
• Active Directory – add users to security groups, unlock / reset password
• Image computers using Intune
• O365 , Teams and SharePoint – min 3 years' experience.
• Networking – familiar with making network cables, understand how a switch works, how to find IP address,
• Server – able to create folders, shares, add users to security groups, check running services.
