Accountabilities :

• Develop and implement compelling product value propositions across key market segments under the guidance of the OMAS Director or Senior Director.
• Assist in creating and driving launch access strategies to secure and maintain access, reimbursement, and affordability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights from patients, providers, and payers, informing comprehensive market access strategies.
• Lead the development of field resources, programs, and tactics to implement market access strategies.
• Support account management teams in customer strategy, planning, and execution, including training and promotional tools / resources.
• Ensure alignment of strategy with sales organization to drive product demand.
• Manage agency relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of promotional programs.
• Develop and manage budgets in compliance with AstraZeneca finance and accounting requirements.
• Conduct all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $145,205.60 - 217,808.40 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
