PR : $26 / hr on W2 + ($1424Stipend)

Weekly Gross Pay : $2360 / Week

Job Description

This position is every weekend 12 hour night shift Sat and Sun, with either evenings or nights shifts during the week. We are able to guarantee 36 hours a week. We are looking for a nurse with long term care experience or least experience with dementia care. This will not be for a nurse that is looking to work a lot of OVT. We occasionally may have OVT to offer but not on a weekly basis.

Registered Nurses(RNs) provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment. This position performs nursing assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation for adult clients in the facility. Responsibilities include assigning work and providing direction and training to subordinate nursing personnel. Additionally, shift differential may available, and one meal is provided per shift.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of nursing, medications, and treatment planning.

Knowledge of patient’s rights regarding medical treatment.

Knowledge of current psychopharmacology.

Skill in the use of the basic instruments and equipment of the nursing profession.

Ability to plan and implement appropriate nursing care interventions.

Ability to perform accurate and thorough work.

Ability to provide patient assessment and appropriate documentation.

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Ability to analyze, assemble, and organize information.

Ability to proficiently utilize technology related to patient care information systems.

Qualifications

Min 3 years' experience.

Long term care experience preferred.

Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.

Preferred experience working with psychiatric inpatient treatment programs.
