Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer supporting production of power control and power conversion systems and subsystems for the US Navy.

What You Will Do

Performs complex functions in the process design, fabrication, modification and / or evaluation of production operations

Works cross-functionally to ensure quality design and manufacturing processes

May prepare plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of production operations

Responsibilities are diverse in scope where analysis of situations or data requires sound judgment

Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plans

Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years applicable engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following : manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
• An energetic, self-starter willing to take on various projects and bring them to completion
• Comfortable working alone and in a team environment
