About The Team

Air Defense is a high-octane, rapidly scaling business line that develops, integrates, and fields an expanding mix of mature and novel capabilities to detect and defeat UAS threats. As our business line continues to scale, our newest emerging initiatives require focused direction and ownership to rapidly mature in support of Air Defense's operational, technical, and financial objectives. These special projects are critical to our organization's continued growth : they can convert into a new product, a new team, or a new program.

What You'll Do

Partner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient recruiting and allocation of resources as the organization scales from 100s to 1000s.

Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets.

Enable the Division to recruit at scale by collaborating closely with Anduril's Recruiting team to ensure the correct types and quantities of new employees are coming in the door and reprioritizing recruiting resources as needed.

Work with Functional leadership to understand employee performance and career development plans so that we can staff the right employees to the right projects at the right time.

Regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations to Division leadership for resource reallocation.

Work with Anduril's Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build out infrastructure to enable the Division to monitor and optimize the demand vs supply of employees.

Execute on special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as they arise.

Required Qualifications

You're highly analytical and love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people centric way.

You're highly detail oriented and data-driven.

You're discerning and an incredibly fast learner.

You're tactical and don't only sit at a 30,000 foot level.

You have 1-4 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting.

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with analytical programs and / or data visualization software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel modeling, or other data manipulation tools).

Compensation

US Salary Range $84,000 - $126,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
