The Hospitality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our venues. This role involves overseeing various aspects of hospitality operations, managing Guest Services / F&B staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality to enhance the overall guest experience. Annual Base Salary : From $60,000 + based on experience. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead the golf services team, including training and scheduling.
• Manage reservations, venue operations, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of retail areas.
• Execute events, tournaments, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold operating procedures and service and safety standards, especially guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

51,000.00 - 56,450.00 - 61,900.00 USD Annual
