Shift : Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

BEHAVORIAL RN

Current State RN license must meet one of the following qualifications : o Diploma or AA degree in nursing with at least 2 years recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program. o Baccalaureate in nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience in a mental health home care program. o Master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program. Bill Rate $92 / hr + IRS mileage Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days Coverage area : All ALFs in service area May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points / wk SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1 Must have recent HH exp 2023-24 HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start. Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator 2 weeks cancellation
