Job descriptionHealth Insurance - A Robust Group Health Insurance and Dental Insurance is available based on certain eligibility criteria. Holidays Off - All restaurants are closed during major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Super Bowl Sunday. Personal Time Off, Sick Leave & Flexible Schedules - We encourage our team members to take regular time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Restaurant Discounts - Hourly employees plus three guests will receive 50% off total food and N / A beverage when you dine in at any Talk of the Town Restaurant. Managers will receive an exclusive dining card to dine each quarter. Employee Recognition - Employee of the Month program and tenured employee recognition and gifts. Direct Deposit - Payroll is paid by direct deposit and stubs will be emailed to the employees email. Giving Back Monthly Round Up for Charity program at all Talk of the Town Restaurants to support local charities in our community. Family Culture Environment - A family owned and operated company since 1974, it is our goal at Talk of the Town Restaurants to make each employee feel like family! Reads English, Stands for 5 to 7 hours, Lifts 20-50pounds. Able to properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food to guests. Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed the guests expectations. Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

Position :
Food runners provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of food with established quality and time standards. Maintain a high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant, not only at the tables, but throughout its entirety. Support server, bartenders, and all team members by delivering correct food to our guests. Food Runner will facilitate collaboration between our kitchen, wait staff and guests.

Our Food runners make sure that sure that every single one of our guests gets the rock star treatment, but Talk of The Town also rolls out the red carpet for our employees with competitive benefits & a great work environment.
Essential Duties :
Food Runner responsibilities include Compiling all plates & proper sides for each ticket, serving food orders for in-house guests, bagging takeout orders, and maintaining proper work station cleanliness.
