As an Operations Associate, you will be working with our Machine Operators to create quality parts. You will be introduced to our machinery and trained to safely run them, as well as forklifts and overhead cranes. You will also have the opportunity to master machinery that flattens, slits, and edges stainless steel and high-temp alloys so they can be used in industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and power generation.

Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 after 90 days

Starting Wage : $19 - $20 depending on experience

Training : Will occur on 1st shift for first 90 days (M - F, 6AM - 2 : 30PM)

2nd Shift : 12PM - 10 : 30PM after the initial training on 1st
