Role Description :

We have multiple fully remote, work-from-home projects with firms across the United States. Our clients are seeking TAS professionals with experience and interest in  the following areas of accounting :

• Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
• Quality of Earnings Analysis
• Post-merger integrations
• Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
• M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Taxes
