Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on in-home care to clients, including help with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.

Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

Build supportive relationships with clients to enhance quality of life.

Monitor client well-being and promptly report changes to our office.

Communicate regularly with the office to ensure client needs are fully met.

Requirements :

Current CNA license or verified HHA certification

Classroom-based CPR certification

Completion of Florida’s required trainings : HIV / AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Meds

Reliable transportation to client homes

Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to various client needs

Caring, patient, and empathetic attitude with a dedication to client well-being

Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail in all tasks

Comfort working in client homes; pet-friendly encouraged but not required
