AIML Architect Job Description :

An AI / ML Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI / ML systems and architectures that align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between strategic vision and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning & Architecture
• Define AI / ML architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create roadmaps for AI adoption and integration across business units.
• System Design & Development
• Architect and deploy scalable AI / ML solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Implement LLM fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Collaboration
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations.
• Performance Optimization
• Evaluate AI models using metrics like ROUGE, BLEU, and RAGAS.
• Continuously improve algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
• MLOps & Deployment
• Implement CI / CD pipelines for AI / ML projects.
• Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
