Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location : Waco, TX Area (100% On-Site)

Job Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Salary : (DOE)

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, Business Hours

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring efforts at our Waco area manufacturing facility. This on-site position will focus primarily on recruiting responsibilities, with the potential to grow into a broader HR Generalist role over time.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in onboarding and new hire orientation processes
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal hiring documentation

Administrative / HR Support (20%)

  • Support general HR functions as needed, including document filing, employee record maintenance, and reporting
  • Assist with employee communications and engagement activities
  • Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of recruiting or interviewing experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

    • Preferred :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with HR practices or a desire to grow into a generalist role
