We are searching for a Contract Design Lead for our marketing + advertising industry client. In this position, you’ll be the engine behind building efficient production systems that empower creative marketing at scale. Overview

As Design Lead, you will :

• Lead the optimization of production workflows, best practices, and execution through Figma templates, automation, and exploration.
• Translate insights from clients and creative briefs into scalable, impactful marketing campaigns.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to support the creation of high-performing digital deliverables across channels.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, visual designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, system-driven solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while evolving design systems and UX patterns.
• Apply insights from usability testing, audits, and feedback to continuously refine workflows.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to elevate overall creative and operational quality.
• Stay sharp on Figma plug-ins, automation, accessibility (WCAG), and emerging UX / production trends.
