Accounting Clerk:

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr., Depending on Experience

Location:Denver, CO 80207

Experience:6+ Months Required

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable.
• Initiate check run process.
• Match invoices to purchase orders.
• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.
• Process and monitor payments.
• Prepare and monitor the AR system.
• Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances.
• Set up new accounts.

Accounting Clerk Requirements

• Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email.
• Work in a team environment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
