Job Title : Crossbore Tech / Utility Locator – Lead

Location : Canonsburg, PA

Compensation : $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm Travel : Up to 80% as required by project location

Position Overview

We are seeking a Crossbore Tech / Utility Locator – Lead to join our field operations team in Canonsburg, PA. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role responsible for ensuring accurate detection of cross bored wastewater lines and supporting safe, efficient on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage field conditions and support team training.

Key Responsibilities

• Detect cross bored sewer lines and collect data using ESRI GPS field software.
• Assist in establishing safe work zones, including proper placement of cones, signage, and barriers.
• Prepare and maintain CCTV robotic equipment under operator guidance.
• Dispatch tractor units securely into pipes using cranes or manual rigging tools.
• Mark utility locations using paint and field identification protocols.
• Lead by example and help train crew members in safety, equipment use, and field processes.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all company and industry standards.
