Job Summary

Operate, maintain and repair college Facilities Planning & Management equipment and systems on all campuses in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

Essential Functions

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and / or handle all repairs for electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, hazardous chemicals and related college equipment on all campuses, in accordance with all regulations and codes; involves lifting, pushing and pulling equipment

Install new and alter existing electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and college equipment.

Provide information and recommendations for the creation of design documents for above and below ground mechanical / electrical systems. Utilize blueprints for new and repair projects.

Assist automation system technicians in troubleshooting malfunctions; repair and installation of energy management controls on all campuses to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
