What You'll Do

Monitor and coordinate communications for all security-related activities within the commercial property location.

Dispatch security personnel to incidents and requests for assistance throughout the site as needed.

Maintain detailed logs of calls, incidents, and actions taken during the shift.

Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures during routine operations and / or emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting occupants and visitors at the commercial property location.

Work closely with Allied Universal and property management teams to relay information and support security-related operations.

Support regular and random patrol assignments by dispatching officers as directed and monitoring their status.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.

Supervisory experience is required.

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent as required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
