The time is right to join HNTB’s growing Design Build Organization. We are seeking candidates for a Sr Bridge Design Manager with demonstrated experience on fast-paced Design Build infrastructure projects. This role is a key member of project leadership teams, responsible for achieving HNTB’s 4 for 4 performance objectives : quality work, on time, on budget, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation and assist in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts in accordance with HNTB\'s Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction. Lead client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Implement the firm\'s project delivery plan using HNTB\'s Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project. Lead the development and execution of the project management plan. Supervise and mentor the team to achieve overall project objectives.
• Oversee project staffing, including recruitment, development, retention, succession planning, and support for performance and compensation reviews.
• Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development and client relationships for mega and super mega projects, including proposal development and interview presentations.
• May be responsible for recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff, including plan for staff reporting and performance reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
