Business Analyst II, Trust and Safety, YouTube

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
• 3 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C ).

In this role, you will help deliver on YouTube's mission to give everyone a voice, show them the world and build a community. As a Business Analyst, you will utilize data and problem-solving techniques to define success metrics for YouTube trust and safety operations, measure business performance and communicate convincing narrative to top executives and outside world. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
