Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and patient care in an acute psychiatric setting, working under the Director of Nursing.

• Provides direct patient care and ensures high standards of clinical care.
• Supervises staff, manages resources, and evaluates performance.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Implements quality improvement programs and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assists with staff training, incident reviews, and care plan audits.
• Performs administrative duties such as staffing, documentation, and unit audits.
• Supports de-escalation and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, RN licensure, 2-3 years psychiatric experience, and strong leadership skills.
