Rate : Up to $21 / hr dependent on experience
Our client, a well known jeweler in Dallas, is looking to add a dynamic Jewelry Sales Associate to their team.
Role Overview :
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the full lifecycle of the sale via engaging platforms such as in-person and virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat.
What You’ll Do :
- Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations, creating memorable and personalized experiences.
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phone to achieve individual revenue targets, while providing a luxury customer experience.
- Greet, check in, and assist customers during the purchasing process to create a warm, one-on-one experience.
- Conduct post-sale appointments to assist with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and other inquiries.
- Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
- Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and maintain product security.
- Open and / or close the showroom and waiting area.
