Seven Healthcare is seeking a Travel Radiation Therapist for an assignment in Rockford, IL. This Radiation Therapist travel position offers five 8-hour day shifts per week (40 hours) with a weekly pay rate of $3,400.

    • Key Responsibilities of the Travel Radiation Therapist

  • Operate radiation therapy equipment to deliver precise treatments to patients.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and safety during procedures.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, documenting treatment sessions and outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment processes and post-treatment care.

    • Requirements for the Travel Radiation Therapist Role

  • Active certification / licensure as a Radiation Therapist in Illinois or eligibility.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent Radiation Therapist experience.
  • Strong technical, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
