• Position Overview

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as the dedicated clinician for a specialized classroom cohort within Norwalk Public Schools. This is a

• 30 hours / week
• , benefits-eligible role that follows the NPS school calendar. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-2pm and Friday 8am-1pm.

There is also potential to increase to a full-time

• (40 hours / week)
• by adding after-school or summer clinic hours at Lindsay Scott SLP & Co.
• We are open to both new and experienced clinicians and this is reflected in the salary range.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support communication strategies in classroom settings
• Maintain parent / caregiver communication
• Complete professional documentation (progress notes, IEP reports, evaluations)
• Optional Summer / Clinic Duties (if desired)
• Carry a caseload of 18-20 direct client-facing hours per week
• Provide evidence-based, family-centered treatment and evaluations
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Document sessions in the practice's EMR
• Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Connecticut SLP license (or proof of eligibility / submission)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• PROMPT trained (preferred)

Pay : $58,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
