Employment Type : PRN

Pay Rate : $30 - $36 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available :

7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate reliable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care monitor patient health and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patient vitals progress and responses to treatment.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and medical records.

Educate patients and families on health management treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Adhere to infection control safety and quality assurance policies.

Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.

Required Qualifications :

Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .

Current BLS / CPR certification .

Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
