Lead members through safe, engaging, and high-energy workouts, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged.

Cultivate a community atmosphere where members feel connected and motivated.

Responsibilities: As a coach, you’ll bring F45’s workouts to life while setting an example of professionalism and energy:

• During Sessions:

Engage with every member—know their names, goals, and progress.

Demonstrate movements clearly and assist members in refining their form.

Stay active and visible, constantly pacing the room and maintaining high energy.

Maintain organization and flow to ensure safety and efficiency for all.

• Studio Culture:

Build excitement around internal promotions, challenges, and events.

Foster a clean and professional environment, keeping all areas spotless and welcoming.

• Personal Growth:

Commit to ongoing learning and development through training and certifications.

Results (KPIs)

Your success will be measured by:

• Retention: Members returning for sessions because of your engaging and effective coaching.

• Referrals: Generating 1 member referral per month through exceptional experiences.

• Class Size: Maintaining an average class size of 10 or more participants.

• Engagement: Members signing up for challenges, events, and internal promotions due to your enthusiasm and communication.

AVAILABILITY:

Part-time position

Must be willing to work at least 5 to 7 sessions per week

Must be flexible to work additional hours if needed, weekends included.
