Packages LLC delivers packages and smiles to people within your community every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team and help us deliver those packages and smiles. As a Seasonal Delivery Associate (DA) for Packages LLC, you will be on the front lines working directly with our customers and members of your community. It will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are delivered on time and at the right place. We offer $22.25 an hour, paid weekly every Friday, plus a lucrative benefits package.

Job Description

General Responsibilities :

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers and public while delivering products
• Follow up on customer requests or problems with a solution-oriented approach
• Use handheld technology to deliver packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
• Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer promise
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean​ and in good operating condition at all times
• Where appropriate, carry out delivery station activities including sortation and general tasks
