Seeking career-focused individuals, looking to bring a passion and creativity to drive change. We're hiring a Sales And Service Representative to join our Intercourse, PA Team. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining a personal portfolio of prospects and customers and delivering exceptional service. Profiling customers to determine their needs, then cross-selling appropriate products and services and / or referring customer to the integrated platform. They are responsible for providing a broad base of services, including deposit-based, credit, investment and fee-based products, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer's business. Develops and maintains relationships with Univest partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs and deepen the customer experience and relationship. The incumbent will also be responsible to service customers at the teller line by completing a variety of financial transactions following technical and operational guidelines.

Branch Hours (some locations may vary) :

• Monday - Thursday : 8 am - 5 pm
• Friday : 8 am - 6 pm
• Saturday : 8 am - 12 pm (2-3 per month are required)

Wage Range : The salary for this position begins at $23.00 / hr with a $750 SIGN ON BONUS
