Job Title : Techno-Functional Lead - ServiceMax
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead - ServiceMax to drive the design, implementation, and support of ServiceMax solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in ServiceMax, Salesforce, and Field Service processes. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to ensure seamless solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceMax implementations, enhancements, and support .
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce and other enterprise applications .
- Provide technical leadership on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, workflows, process automation, and integration.
- Define, design, and optimize field service workflows including work order management, scheduling, dispatch, contracts, warranties, and entitlements.
- Develop and maintain test cases, UAT plans, and training documentation to ensure system adoption and quality delivery.
- Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives related to ServiceMax.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
- Mentor and guide team members on ServiceMax and Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceMax / Salesforce implementations .Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead in ServiceMax projects.Strong expertise in Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL / SOSL) .In-depth understanding of field service operations (work orders, scheduling, dispatch, service contracts).Hands-on experience with ServiceMax configuration, customization, and integration .Strong knowledge of data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills :
ServiceMax and Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Developer).Experience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) .Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology.
