As part of the product team, this role will be responsible for supporting provider API's for the eligibility & benefit, and referral domains working across multiple delivery teams. You will be responsible for interfacing with stakeholders and internal teams to understand and communicate what changes are needed to support new initiatives, enable existing and how we deliver world class API's to both our internal and external consumers. While this role is not directly technical, a strong understanding of how products work and a clear vision for their interdependencies and data within our ecosystem is an absolute necessity.
In this position you will work closely with the Product Development team, the overall business (including key leadership stakeholders), clients, and the development team to ensure that the experiences that we are crafting align with the overall roadmap. You will also be asked to capture and synthesize the voice of the customer - which includes both Providers as well as internal users / stakeholders who are affected by the decisions made in this process.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
